Charlene, the proud owner of TC Styles, has been creating beautiful hair for more than 25 years. With a natural eye for colour and a talent for crafting soft, flowing layers, she has built a reputation for helping clients look and feel their very best.

Holding certifications in hairdressing, beauty, hair sculpture, and training, Charlene combines technical expertise with a passion for sharing her knowledge — both with her clients and her tight-knit crew of stylists.

What truly sets her apart is her genuine love for her work. Whether it’s a fresh cut, a bold new colour, or a subtle touch-up, Charlene believes every appointment is an opportunity to boost someone’s confidence and bring a little more joy into their day.

Beyond the salon, Charlene is an active member of the Ascot Vale community. She often volunteers her time at local events and has proudly helped raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, a cause close to her heart.

When she’s not working or giving back, Charlene loves spending time with her two adult children, who remain her greatest pride and joy.
